Follow your bliss

I must admit, I am really not in that Christmas spirit yet. More than “late night shopping” lately for me was “late night painting”. I had enormous creative burst and couldn’t stop working on my canvas 🙂 So in the last month I finished my painting “Follow your bliss”. I combined all my art skills and also all the knowledge I gained during this years intuitive painting class. It was total breakthrough for me, connecting art and me in new perfectly amazing way!

Bliss maybe sounds a little religious, but I came to a different understanding this year. Bliss is a way to happines. Bliss for me is that inner feeling, fulfillment, satisfaction, when I feel joy for life, when I have trust in me, accept everything that is, having faith that everything will work out fine. It is a state of love, when I am being just me and that is totally enough. I didn’t always know that feeling. It took me a lot of time and self discovering to get to that point. But since I found it, it is even harder for me to bare the days that this bliss is not so present. Still this difference gives me courage to follow me and what I truly want. It’s like a fuel that enables me to move on..

By being good observant of how you feel. When you feel joy, excitement, motivation, getting new ideas, dreams, opportunities, then it’s time to take action! For example, I had a moment of inspiration to write and here is this blog post 🙂 When you have that special inspiring moment, ask yourself, what can I do in this very moment to help this idea to come true? And then you act!
